I had to return a purchase and it went very smoothly. Good job.

I ordered a gift for mothers day online. It promised shipping before mothers day. It didn't come. They claimed since it was sold out It wouldn't ship for another month. It did not tell me this before I bought it. Poor customer service.

Great item quality, very accurate item description. I needed a single hoop with a specific diameter to fit a piercing in my ear and was glad that your website included such accurate descriptions. I’m also glad you offered an eco-friendly shipping option. My first order from Mejuri included so much packaging I was impressed but also felt very wasteful. Glad to have the option to limit product waste :)

The time limit on exchanging a ring for the exact same ring one size up is ridiculous. My husband bought me a ring and I didn’t deal with exchanging during a postpartum period and got a ‘too bad that’s our policy’.

Great return policy and even greater customer service. I bought a ring that was too small and returned it. I immediately ordered in the larger size as I was under the impression I would get a full refund. Found out the refund is a credit. I advised customer service that I would have waited to get my credit before re-purchasing if I would have known. They were quick to convert my credit into a cash refund!

The products are as advertised and, so far, are reasonable quality for the price. I appreciate that real gold, silver, and diamonds are used in simple yet elegant jewelry that can be worn for day to day use. I was easily able to return an online purchase in store and have no complaints.

Attention was given to me when I walked into the store. My exchange was processed whilst I browsed through the options available to choose what I wanted. I ended up buying more than I intended to.
