I had to send my bracelet in for a warranty fix, and overall the experience was good. It did take a little while, but they ended up taking care of the issue, and the clasp area looked fine when I got it back

I’ve had my Mejuri gold plated ring for a few months now, and it’s held up better than I expected. I wear it all the time and have definitely forgotten to take it off while washing my hands a few times. I was actually looking back through my order email/receipt recently and realized how long I’ve had it, but there’s still no weird fading or discoloration so far.

The prices feel fair to me… not exactly cheap, but for the quality you get, it feels worth it.

I ordered a ring and it was really close to the photos and description. The size and color were what I expected. The gold looked maybe just a little lighter in person, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it.

It was okay overall, but am I the only one who felt like the checkout took longer than it should have? Not a huge deal, just a little slower than I expected.

They got the issue sorted out really quickly, and I appreciate how smooth and easy the whole process was.

I’ve picked up a few pieces from Mejuri over time, and the designs are still the main reason I keep looking at their stuff. They have that simple, clean look that works with pretty much anything, which I really like.
The rings and earrings don’t feel too flashy or overly dressed up, so I can wear them with normal everyday outfits without thinking too hard. The gold tones also look nice in person and don’t have that cheap look, which is a big plus.

That said, I do feel a little more cautious now than I did at first, just because not every experience has felt equally reassuring, and that does chip away at my trust a bit. But overall, the style still fits me really well: minimal, easy, and cute

I was a bit tired of dealing with customer service stuff, but the staff helped me out quickly and made the in-store visit easy.

I really wanted to love my Mejuri pieces because the designs are super cute, but the tarnishing was disappointing. I was careful with them too — didn’t wear them in water and kept them in the pouch when I wasn’t using them, but my ring still got dull and patchy after just a few weeks. When I tried to get help, I kind of felt passed around instead of getting a clear answer, which made the whole thing more frustrating. For the price, I expected them to hold up a lot better. Pieces, but I wouldn’t count on them for everyday wear.

The gems are genuinely and still look nice in person, but just a heads up for anyone considering them: they came out a little paler than I expected. Not a dealbreaker for me, but if you’re hoping for a deeper or richer color, you might want to keep that in mind before ordering.

I’ve picked up a few things from Mejuri now, i’ve been really happy with the quality. My earrings still look pretty much new after months of wearing them, and I haven’t had any weird tarnishing or irritation. The packaging was simple too, which I actually liked

I really do like Mejuri, and the jewelry itself is cute and good quality, so I’m not even mad about the product. But getting help was way slower than I expected. I emailed about an issue with my order and then basically had to sit around for a couple days waiting for a response, which is just frustrating when you’re trying to get a simple thing handled. To be fair, they did fix it in the end, so I appreciate that. I just wish the replies were quicker and a little clearer, because the whole back-and-forth felt more drawn out than it needed to be.

I liked these overall, but after wearing them for a few hours my ears started getting a little itchy. It wasn’t awful or anything, just that kind of thing where you notice it after a while. Still decent, though

Really comfortable earrings for daily wear. Forget they’re even in half the time. Only wish the backs felt just a little more secure.

The ring feels solid and nicely made, and the finish looked really clean when I got it. I did notice a tiny scratch quickly, which made me go, “Oh, already?” but i’m still happy with it overall. It feels like a quality piece and I’d still say it was a good buy.
